This is a lightweight quilt, which is what I preferred to the heavier styles. The design is nice and bright as pictured. My King size has an overhang on each side of about 15", so the box spring shows all around. With the top edge pulled even with the top of the mattress there is 14" overhang at foot of bed, so overall smaller than I would have liked. The quilting stitching is loose in a couple places and had to be cut to avoid snagging. Glad I got it on sale.
